My client just 25 days into one of my programs!
Here is what you call a compound movement. This is where you are working more than one muscle group in one movement. Here, I'm working both my upper and lower body, all at once. This is an optimal way to work out, whether it's because you are limited on time or you want to work harder AND smarter!
While I do enjoy working out by myself, it's always fun to add a partner from time time. It helps to motivate you on days that you just don't feel like pushing and it's also a great way to catch up between sets!
One of the most important aspects of improving ones' health is through the challenges you face and overcome. Will it be easy?! Duh?!?! That's why it's a challenge! But will it be worth it?! Absolutely! Check me out trying this new move and working my quads in a new way!
